All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.

4. Third-Party Provider Charges

Internet Service Assist is not responsible for charges made by any internet service provider.

Any billing disputes regarding provider services, installations, equipment, or contracts must be addressed directly with the respective provider.


5. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation, please contact us before your appointment.

If the consultation has not yet started, we may offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule your appointment.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Chargebacks

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve payment issues promptly.
